Moscow Moscow serves as the administrative center for Eastern Europe, ruled by a despotic viceroy. Dissatisfied citizens and small groups of disorganized men and women who you can barely call rebels hold small demonstrations that are immediately shot down by the government. Good citizens are rewarded with material things and life is built on greed. There is a relative quiet along the empty, hollow streets. People tend to keep to themselves. But whispers spread through the dead city and once hearty pubs that a resistance is building, and a new dawn is yet to come. |

Windmill Fields Instead of rye or crops, to the west of Moscow there are rolling hills of windmills. These windmills support the region by giving it enough energy for the common people to get by, but would be a prime target of destruction-- with dire consequences. The Rebels know this and constantly try to have someone on guard, but what can stop a bomber plane? |

Katyn Forest Southwest of Moscow there is a dense forest where snow falls nearly year round. It is in this forest that the base of the Eastern European rebels is said to be located, hidden by impassable trees and piles of snow. |
