Refueling Station

While most planes are refueled on the giant airships, the giant airships have to be refueled at refueling stations. They have to refuel often because the government gives the ships barely enough to get to their destination. Japan's fueling port is generally meant for the Sky Pirates who the Eastern Confederacy is more friendly towards, but lately even Aerial Navy ships have docked there.
