Moscow serves as the administrative center for Eastern Europe, ruled by a despotic viceroy. Dissatisfied citizens and small groups of disorganized men and women who you can barely call rebels hold small demonstrations that are immediately shot down by the government. Good citizens are rewarded with material things and life is built on greed. There is a relative quiet along the empty, hollow streets. People tend to keep to themselves. But whispers spread through the dead city and once hearty pubs that a resistance is building, and a new dawn is yet to come.
