His blond hair and cocky grin are spotless and he dresses in finery unseen on most pirate captains. He wears a white jacket with polished buttons, and an impressive tricorn hat with a peacock feather in it. In his belt he has a cutlass once wielded by the captain that he mutinied against. The cutlass is fine with a brass hilt and a well polished blade; the cutlass is perfectly balanced and the pinnacle of the sword smith’s art. On his other hip he has a six shot revolver that has served him well throughout the years. On land he can’t be found without a pretty lady or two on his arm and a mug in one hand.

As Frank was the leader of the mutiny he was given the honor of finishing off the martinet captain they hated so. Frank stepped into the observation deck, his men had tied up the captain, waiting for the bullet he thoroughly deserved. Frank had other plans though. “Well me mutinous friends this man has claimed that he is our master,” the crowd of sailors was restless each sailor wanting to slit the captains throat. “Let’s see if his sword can back his claims. Me and him on the flight deck, cutlasses only, a duel to the death.” Frank made this decision not only because of his own pride, but so he could more easily lead the crew after the mutiny.[/ul] | Saying Frank is brash and over confident is like saying the sun is big and hot. He is dashing in most ways and has a silver tongue. He is known for seducing many a servant girl and challenging many a man to a duel. He also can never resist a chance for plunder or adventure. He has no qualms with enslaving his enemies to the boilers of the Stormbringer, or putting them to the sword. He is very confident in his sword fighting abilities as they have yet to be matched. But all this bravado isn’t for his own benefit. Frank is slightly paranoid, knowing that his own history could easily repeat itself, especially the mutiny part of it. Because of that, Frank maintains his personality and sensibilities so that he is seen as a dashing privateer that his men can gather behind. Out of the whole crew the only person that he trusts to a great degree is Dalius Valendrone his master engineer, and even then he keeps himself cautious. Otherwise he tends to sleep with one eye open and keeps his cutlass sharp. [/ul] |Frank stood on the flight deck, thousands of feet above the ground. In all directions all he could see was flat run way and mist. He clutched in his hand an officers cutlass and across from him stood the captain of the Bastion wielding his own sword. They approached each other and the battle began. The captain made the first slash sending a well measured blow at the neck of Frank. Frank caught the blade of the flat of his blade and smashed the captain’s face with the basket of his cutlass. The captain staggered back a Frank counter attacked forcing the captain to roll along the deck, Frank’s cutlass cutting into the side of his leg. “It looks your skills are as rusted as your ship,” said Frank, striking at his opponent with witty banter. The captain remained recalcitrant and from a kneeling position threw out a flurry of cutlass blows. Frank was able to divert them put the weight of the blows worked against him and he took a slash to his arm. Frank stepped back, and the captain rose, holding his cutlass at the ready. “Well it looks like you put the sting of your words into your blade,” observed Frank. “And it looks that you have more sharpness in your tongue than your blade,” retorted the Captain. They stared at each other, a mere five yards separating them. “Make your move, sonny,” taunted the captain spitting out the last word as an insult. Frank lowered his tricorn hat and surged forward. He let out a loud shout “Prepare to die, and fall into the mist!!” The Captain returned the charge. But Frank had disguised his skill with the seemingly unskilled charge. As the blades met Frank sent his opponent’s blade upword with a flick of his wrist, and fell and twirled with his blade landing a massive cut deep into the captain’s side. The captain dropped his fine sword in shock, amazed at the mere sailors skill with the blade. Frank walked up to face the fatally wounded Captain, his eyes showing no fear or despair. Frank walked slowly making sure to draw out the drama of the immediate execution. Frank bent his elbow back and sent his cutlass clear through the neck of the captain. The on looking crowd of mutinous sailors cheered. “Throw him over the deck and let the mists take him. From this day forward we shall be the Mist Wraith Pirates, and free men!” [/ul] THE|PUPPETEER |Some Sketchy Guy EXPERIENCE four years of DMing a D&D group.
